سوف تحل بالعراق طامة كبرى ان قام المجلس النيابي الموقر بتشريع قانون
قمع الحريات والتعبير ولا سيما وصل هذا القرار الى مراحل متقدمة من اصداره
لكن القوى السياسية المدنية رفضت تشريعه بشكل كامل وان شرع سيكون
الناقدين والاعلاميين والكتاب والمدونين
تحت مطرقة القانون والفاسدين لان هذا القانون سوف يحمي الفاسدين والمفسدين وبنفس الوقت سيقوم بتكميم الافواه وهذه السياسة
لا جدوى منها واتبعتها انظمة دكتاتورية
كثيرة وماذا كانت النتيجة و تشريع مثل هكذا قانون هو خرق للدستور
لان الدستور العراقي قد كفل حرية التعبير
لماذا اذن هذا الخرق واين الديمقراطية
التي تتحدث الاحزاب السياسية الحاكمة
والتي بيدها مركز القرار السياسي بالعراق
من المفترض تشريع قوانين جديدة
تدعم حرية الرأي بشكل اكبر
وتبعد عن المواطنتين المضايقات القانونية عنهم وتعطي فضاء اوسع للتعبير لكي تكون هناك
ديمقراطية حقيقية وليس مثل الان
كلما قاموا اصحاب الكلمة النبيلة
والغير مسيسة في كشف الفساد
سواء بالصحف او بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفيس بوك وتويتر
يتعرض الى مسائلة قانونية من قبل
المحاكم المختصة بذلك ثم يقومون بتوقيفه ويطلق سراحه بعد ذلك بكفالة مالية اين الحرية واين الديمقراطية
هي بحد ذاتها اكذوبة كبيرة
وان تم المصادقة على مثل هكذا قانون
سوف يتحول العراق الى سجن كبير
وجميع العراقيين سجناء
