محسن المندلاوي.. التفكير خارج الصندوق

 يبرز على الساحة العراقية، بسلاسة وهدوء، وثقة، شخصية سياسية عصامية، لم تتكئ على جاه، او نفوذ مسبق، حريصة على الإصلاح السياسي.

والتغيير على يد القادة العصاميين، لن يكون سياقا تقليديا، بل استثنائيا، وفريدا، ومفيدًا إلى اقصى درجات الجدوى، لانّ الزعيم العصامي، وبكل بساطة لم تأت له الريادة على طبق من ذهب، بل من صلب المكابدة والألم.
الذي يدور الحديث عنه، محسن المندلاوي، النائب الأول لرئيس البرلمان العراقي، الرجل الواجم في الشكل والجوهر، الحامل لشعلة التغيير والإصلاح عبر انتخابات مرتقبة، مرجح انه سيحقق فيها إنجازا كبيرا، بعدما كسب ثقة الشباب العراقي، بروحه الشبابية والمصداقية، وفق ناشطين خبروا المندلاوي، وتفاعلوا مع طروحاته المجددة، فقرروا التحالف معه.

وكي لا يكون الكلام امتداحا، وعرضا اعلانيا، فان دوافع الإشادة تؤكدها دلائل لا يمكن لأحد انكارها، وابرزها الاستقلالية والموضوعية التي يتمتع بها المندلاوي، ويحرص عليها.
وليس في هذا استغراب، اذ غالبًا ما يولد القادة العصاميون من خلفيات متنوعة وقد واجهوا تحديات وعقبات مختلفة بشكل مباشر، وهم غير ملزمين بتأثير الأحزاب السياسية القائمة أو مجموعات المصالح الخاصة.
يتيح لهم هذا الاستقلال مقاربة الإصلاح السياسي بمنظور جديد واتخاذ القرارات بناءً على المصالح الفضلى للشعب بدلاً من الأجندات الحزبية.

ومن يعرف المندلاوي، يدرك انه صاحب عقلية ريادة الأعمال المتمايزة بالابتكار والقدرة على التكيف والاستعداد لتحمل المخاطر، وهو ما أنجحه في الحياة العملية، فضلا عن السياسية، ومثل هذه السمات ذات قيمة في سياق الإصلاح السياسي، لأنها تُمكّن القادة من تحديد وتنفيذ أفكار ومقاربات جديدة، هم أكثر عرضة للتفكير خارج الصندوق وإيجاد حلول إبداعية للمشاكل.

السيرة البرلمانية للمندلاوي، تنتج أيضا فكرة لامعة، عن الزعيم الشبابي العصامي الذي اعتاد على تحقيق نتائج ملموسة من خلال العمل الجاد والتصميم.
وهذا الرجل الصامت، لا يركز على الخطابة التطبيلية، بل على تحقيق نتائج عملية، وهو امر حاسم في الإصلاح السياسي، لانها تتيح له القدرة على تنفيذ تغييرات ذات مغزى بالغ الأهمية.

ومن المؤكد إن مثل هؤلاء القادة العصاميين يدفعون باتجاه إصلاحات ملموسة، لا فضائية، كلامية.

وللتأريخ، واجه المندلاوي – نكرر العصامي مرة أخرى – تحديات وفرص عالم الأعمال، ولذلك فهو يفهم أهمية النمو الاقتصادي وخلْق فرص العمل والمسؤولية المالية، وهو أمر تجعل منه اكثر نفعا من غيره، في دفع الإصلاحات الاقتصادية التي تعزز التنمية المستدامة، وتحد من عدم المساواة، وتخلق بيئة مواتية للاستثمار.

يتحدث مواطنون عاديون عن تواصل المندلاوي، معهم، فضلا عن الشباب العنفواني، ولا غرو في ذلك، لان المسؤولين العصاميين في الغالب، اصحاب علاقة قوية بالبسطاء، لأنهم عانوا شخصيًا من نضالات وتطلعات الناس العاديين، وهم أكثر عرضة للتعاطف مع مخاوف عامة السكان وإعطاء الأولوية للسياسات التي تلبي احتياجاتهم، ومثل هذا الارتباط، يعزز الثقة والشرعية والدعم الشعبي لمبادرات الإصلاح السياسي.

و كون المندلاوي، زعيمًا عصاميًا اكتسب الخبرة السياسية، والأساس الأخلاقي القوي، والنهج التعاوني، فانه بلا شك سيكون صاحب أدوار حاسمة في القيادة الفعالة للتحالفات المرتقبة في الساحة العراقية.
