دعاني صديقي لحضور حفل عائلي بمناسبة تخرج إبنته البكر “طيبة” من كلية طب الأسنان، فاعتذرت له هاتفياً لكثرة مشاغلي، وأكتفيت بعبارات التبريك له ولها.
ثم سألته مُمازحاً:
– هل ستفي ابنتكَ بوعدها بتقديم معالجة مجانية للفقراء عند تخرجها، أم أن وعدها كان مجرد حماس شباب؟
أجابني مبتهجاً:
– بالتأكيد ستفي بوعدها، وها نحن نستعد لذلك بتأثيث عيادة مجانية للفقراء وذوي الدخل المحدود.
بعد مرور يومين فوجئت برسالة قصيرة من صديقي عبر الموبايل تقول: “رحلت (طيبة) إلى جوار ربها وسيقام مجلس الفاتحة على روحها في مسجد الرسول الأعظم (ص)”.
أذهلتني المفاجأة المُفزعة بقدر ما أفجعتني، وتساءلت في سرّي: كيف تحول الإحتفال إلى مأتم بهذه السرعة القصوى؟
حسبت أول وهلة أن حادثا مرورياً قد أنهى حياتها، ولكن بعد أن التقيت بالصديق المفجوع في مجلس الفاتحة أوضح لي أن “طيبة” أصيبت في صبيحة الجمعة – بعد أقل من 24 ساعة على حفل التخرج- بحالة إغماء نتيجة انخفاض الضغط الشديد لديها، واضطر إلى الإتصال بمركز الإسعاف لنقلها على وجه السرعة إلى أقرب مستشفى في بغداد. وعند وصول سيارة الإسعاف فوجيء بعدم وجود أي جهاز أو معدات للإسعاف الفوري، أما في المستشفى الذي نُقلت إليه فلم يكن هناك دوام كامل للكادر الطبي كما هي العادة في يوميّ الجمعة والسبت، وتمت معاينة الحالة من قبل طبيبة مُقيمة غير أخصائية لم تتمكن من تشخيص أسباب استمرار هبوط الضغط ومعاودة الإغماء للفتاة “طيبة” حتى بعد أخذها “المُغذّي” والمواد الكفيلة بخفض الضغط.
وعندما توقف قلب “طيبة” فجأة بعد ساعتين من رقودها في المستشفى لم يكن هناك جهاز للإنعاش السريع مما دفع الأب والطبيبة للّجوء مراراً إلى الأسلوب البدائي في تحفيز القلب على النبض ولكن دون جدوى، فقد فارقت طالبتنا الحياة الدنيا لتحلّق روحها إلى جوار مليك مقتدر.
ولكم أن تتصورا حال الأب المفجوع وهو يرى ذبول زهرة عمره وأصبح مثل فلاح يشاهد تحوِّل بيدر حصاده إلى رماد.
ولست في مقام توجيه النقد أو إتهام أي جهة بالتقصير عن تقديم الإسعفات الفورية للمحتاجين إليها، ففي كل دولة مهما كنت متقدمة طبياً تحدث مثل هكذا حالات من موت سريع لا تؤجله الإسعافات المُتاحة. ولكن في ذات السياق أرى من الضروري أن تدفع حالة وفاة “طيبة” كل المعنيين برسم السياسة الطبية في البلد إلى تحديث الأساليب والأدوات المعتمدة في الإسعافات العاجلة، وإلى إعادة النظر في نظام “الخفارة” المعمول به في المؤسسات الصحية خلال يوميّ الجمعة والسبت، حيث بات بالإمكان تمديد ساعات العمل بالمناوبة لكل الكوادر الطبية – بما في ذلك الأخصائيين والإستشاريين- في أيام العطل الرسمية بعد تزايد أعداد الخريجين من الأطباء ومساعديهم.
وبقدر ما تدفع هذه الحالات المؤلمة من موت الفجأة إلى تجديد وتطوير العلاج الطبي، فإنها تجعل كل من يعايشها أو يسمع بها يتأمل في معنى الوجود ومغزى حكم الموت.
لا أحد يجادل في أن الموت حق ومُنتهى حياة كل إنسان طالت أم قصرت، فنحن جميعاً نغذّ السيّر إليه كما لو أن الحياة الدنيا “ماراثون” مستمر نحو الموت الذي لا مفرّ منه. ولكننا رغم هذه الحقيقة الساطعة نتوهم الخلود، وننسى في غمرة مشاغل الحياة أننا مشاريع موت مؤجل قد يباغتنا في أي لحظة.
وقد ورد في الحديث الشريف عن الرسول الأكرم (ص) قوله لأبي ذر الغفاري (رض): يا أبا ذر، إنكم في ممرّ الليل والنهار في آجال منقوصة، وأعمال محفوظة، والموت يأتي بغتةّ، ومن يزرع خيراً يُوشك أن يحصد خيراَ، ومن يزرع شرّاَ يوشك أن يحصد ندامة، ولكل زارع مثل زرع”.
وفي ضوء الهديّ النبوي ينبغي أن يكون إدراكنا لحقيقة الموت المؤجل حافزاً لمزيد من العطاء والبذل والعمل لخير الإنسانية في الحياة الدنيا، والأهم من ذلك أن تكون نوايا عمل الخير حاضرة في وجداننا دوماً، فإذا باغتنا الموت ولم نتمكن من تحقيقها كتبها الله تعالى في ميزان الحسنات التي تشفع للمتوفي.
في ذات السياق لا ينبغي أن نستغرق طويلا في أحزاننا على فراق الراحلين كما لو أنهم تحولوا إلى عدم، فالموت في جوهرة أشبه ما يكون بولادة ثانية للإنسان ينتقل فيها من رحم الدنيا إلى رحاب عالم آخر سرمدي، بما يعنيه ذلك خلود الذين نحبهم ونفارقهم إلى حين..فهل من يتعظ ؟.
