توترت العلاقات بين باكو وطهران في الساعات الأخيرة، بعد سحب أذربيجان دبلوماسييها من إيران وإخلاء سفارتها إثر تعرضها لهجوم في وقت سابق الجمعة.
يوضح باحث في الشأن الإيراني خلفية إسراع باكو في اتخاذ هذه الخطوة، وصلتها بطبيعة علاقات البلدين، بينما يبدي محلل أذربيجاني عدم الرضا عن تصريحات إيران بشأن دوافع هذا الهجوم خلال حديثهما لموقع “سكاي نيوز غربية”.
وكانت أذربيجان أعلنت، في وقت سابق الجمعة، سحب دبلوماسييها وإخلاء سفارتها عقب الهجوم الذي استهدفها في طهران.
واعتبرت باكو إيران مسؤولة عن الهجوم، فيما وصف الرئيس الأذري، إلهام علييف، ما حدث “عملا إرهابيا”.
أسباب التوتر
الخبير في الشأن الإيراني محمد عبادي، يقول ان أسباب توتر العلاقات بين إيران وأذربيجان:
• الخلاف على المناطق الحدودية.
• اصطفاف إيران مع أرمينيا في الخلاف مع أذربيجان.
• يوجد بإيران 25 مليونا من العرقية الأذرية، وتميل للانفصال عن إيران.
• التقارب بين تركيا وأذربيجان على حساب إيران.
• تقارب العلاقات بين أذربيجان وإسرائيل وسط تخوف إيراني من اقتراب إسرائيل من حدودها عبر هذه العلاقات.
• حشد الحرس الثوري الإيراني في بعض الأحيان مقاتليه على الحدود مع أذربيجان.
يتوقع عبادي احتواء الهجوم على أنه حادث فردي، رغم تنديد باكو، لكنه سينعكس بشكل سلبي على صورة إيران المتمثلة في عدم قدرتها على حراسة البعثات الدبلوماسية، وربما تسحب عدد من الدول دبلوماسييها من طهران.
الرد الأذري
المحلل السياسي الأذربيجاني، أوكتاي بيرموف، يصف الهجوم على سفارة بلاده بأنه فعل سيئ للغاية، في ظل توتر العلاقات بين البلدين في الفترة الأخيرة.
اعتبر أن قول الشرطة الإيرانية أن الحادث ليست له دوافع سياسية، وأن خلفيته عائلية، “هو مجرد محاولة للتهرب من كشف الدوافع الحقيقية للهجوم”، لافتا إلى تشديد الرئيس الأذري على مطالبة طهران بالتحقيق، ولماذا تمكن المهاجم من الوصول إلى مبنى السفارة وقتل وإصابة أفراد الحراسة، كما أصدرت وزارة الخارجية بيانا تدعو فيه للتحقيق.
هجوم السفارة
وقتل مسلح كان يحمل بندقية كلاشنيكوف مسؤولا يتولى الحفاظ على الأمن في سفارة أذربيجان في طهران الجمعة وجرح حارسين.
وذكرت وزارة الخارجية الأذرية أن حالة المصابين “مرضية”، كما تم فتح تحقيق.
من جانبها، قالت شرطة العاصمة الإيرانية إنها اعتقلت منفذ الهجوم، ويخضع حاليا للتحقيق لمعرفة الدافع وراء الهجوم.
ذكرت وكالة “تسنيم” شبه الرسمية في إيران أن المهاجم وصل إلى السفارة ومعه طفلان، مشيرة إلى أن الدافع “قضايا شخصية” وفق ما نقلت عن قائد الشرطة.
