أكّدت مونيكا هالان؛ الكاتبة والمستشارة في إدارة الأموال أنّ بدايةالاستثمار تكمن في إدارة الأموال التي يمتلكها الفرد بين يديه، وأنصندوق المال الجيّد هو الذي يسمح للشخص بتبسيط تدفقاتهالنقديّة، مع ضرورة البدء في تخصيص مبلغ ثابت شهرياً لصندوقالطوارئ، وتحديداً للمبتدئين الذين اتخذوا للتو خطوات صغيرة فيحياتهم المهنية.
وخلال الجلسة التي استضافتها ضمن فعاليات معرض الشارقةالدولي للكتاب 2023، بعنوان “الأموال والاستثمارات الآن“؛ قالتهالان: “الخوض في عالم الاستثمار يشبه إلى حدّ بعيد البدءبالتدريب على السباحة، فنحن لا نسبح فوراً في المناطق العميقة، إنّما نبدأ خطوة خطوة، وما أن نتقن أساسيات التدريب حتى ننتقلإلى المرحلة التالية، والتي تبقى أيضاً بعيدة عن البحر الذي يمتلئبالصعاب والمخاطر، وحينما نرى أنفسنا أصبحنا محترفين، يُمكنحينها الذهاب إلى البحر. ومع ذلك يبقى عنصر المخاطرة والمغامرةحاضراً في أي وقت“.
حسابات بنكيّة ضرورية
وتطرّقت هالان إلى الحسابات البنكية الضرورية التي يجب علىالفرد أن يمتلكها لإدارة أمواله، وهي حساب للدخل وآخر للإنفاقوثالث للتدفقات النقدية الاستثماريّة. وركّزت في حديثها علىضرورة وضع خطّة للطوارئ، بحيث يكون حجم صندوق الطوارئيساوي 6 أضعاف النفقات الشهرية. وقالت: “حاول أن يكون لديكحساب مصرفي منفصل وقم بتحويل مبلغ ثابت إليه كل شهر، وبعدفترة سيكون لديك مبلغ كبير من أموال الطوارئ، ومع كل زيادة فيالدخل، خصص المزيد من المال للصندوق، حتى تحصل على المبلغالمطلوب“.
وأشارت إلى أنّ أحد القواعد الرئيسيّة للاستثمار يكمن فيالسيطرة والتحكم في قرار الاستثمار ذاته وأيضاً التحكم بقرارالإنفاق، عبر تحديد ما يجب أن يتم إنفاقه شهرياً وبدقة. فيما تناولتكذلك للحديث عن كتابها “ Let’s Talk Money” والذي يقدّمنصائح وأساليب لبناء نظام ذكي يمكّن الفرد من عيش حياةأحلامه، بدلاً من القلق بشأن الاستثمار المناسب أو التأمين المثالي.
ولفتت إلى أنّه رغم العمل بجد لكسب الأموال، وبغض النظر عنالمبلغ الذي يكسبه الموظف، فإن القلق بشأن المال لا يختفي أبدًا، بفعل الفواتير، والإيجار، والأقساط الشهرية، والتكاليف الطبية، والإجازات، وتعليم الأطفال، وهو ما يحاول الكتاب التطرّق لهومعالجته من خلال الخطط البسيطة والبعيدة عن المصطلحاتوالمفاهيم الماليّة المعقّدة.
