يعد سائق التاكسي مرآة عاكسة لمجتمع المدينة وما يدور فيها، فالدول المتحضرة تعدهسمة مميزة من سمات مدنها الكبيرة والعاصمة بوجه الخصوص، لذا فهي تحرص اشدالحرص على ان يكون سائق التاكسي أنموذجا مميزا.
وبالطبع ، تترك التغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية بصمة على المجتمع وزواياه المتعددة .
ففي دول العالم يحتاج سائق التكسي الى شهادة خاصة يحصل عليها من دورةتعليمية ، توكد على معلومات السائق الاجتماعية. وسلوكه ومعرفته بالطرق وطريقةالتعامل مع الزبائن ، وحتى اللباس الخاص بالسائق ،
لكن العراق يختلف في ذلك نتيجة الظروف التي يمر بها البلد ، والحالة الاقتصاديةللدولة ، وعدم قدرتها على توفير فرص عمل للمواطنين، فقد تخلت الدولة عن الاشتراطاتالتي بحب ان تتوفر في سائق التكسي .
ونتيجة للواقع الاقتصادي الصعب يتجه البعض الى امتهان قيادة سيارات الاجرة ،باعتبارها مهنة متاحة ولا تتطلب اشتراطات كثيرة.
فهي توفر مردوداً مادياً لسد الاحتياجات اليومية ، وبنفس الوقت تعرفك على العالم ومايدور حولك.
إلا ان هذه المهنة ترافقها الهموم والمصاعب ازاء الطرق الوعرة وغلاء الصيانة وكثرةالمخالفات المرورية فضلاً عن المنافسة من قبل الكثير من الموظفين في الدولة والمكاتب اوشركات (التاكسي) التي اسهمت في اضعاف الدخل اليومي للكثير منهم
تراجع الواقع المعيشي في البلاد وتفشي البطالة بين صفوف الشباب وقلة الاعمال فيالقطاع الحكومي والخاص ، جعلت مهنة سائق الاجرة أكثر شيوعاً بين صفوفالعاطلين أو ذوي الدخل القليل.
سائق الارنً مهنة تتزاحم عليها الأيدي وترنو اليها الانظار ، لكن اصحابها الاصليونتواجههم المعاناة والمتاعب في اول سطرٍ من المزاولين لهذا العمل الشاق
يقول الشاب احمد نجاح الحاصل على شهادة البكالوريوس في القانون ، “عندما اكملتدارستي في الجامعة بحثت كثيراً عن وظفية في القطاع الحكومي لكن دون جدوى ،وبقيت عاطلا عن العمل ، لم اجد امام خيار سوى ان اعمل سائق اجرة“
ويضيف احمد ، المشاكل التي تواجه سائقي الاجرة كثيرة خاصة و ان الشوارع متخمةبالسيارات ، مما يصعب علينا الحصول على زبائن بشكل يسير ، وهذا يؤثر علىالدخل اليومي الجيد ، بسبب شركات (التاكسي) وسيارات الخصوصي التابعةللموظفين الذين يعملون في القطاع الحكومي صباحاً و بعد فترة انتهاء دوامهم الرسمييعملون كـ سائقي اجرة
ويقول سائق اجرة آخر التقيناه في جولتنا هذه ، وقد رفض الكشف عن اسمه ، ويعملموظف بعقد في احدى دوائر الدولة ، ” انا لا اود ان ازاحم الناس على ارزاقهم ، لكنالظروف التي اجبرتني على ان اعمل سائق اجرة”
مضيفاً ، “الراتب الذي اتقاضاه لا يسد احتياجات عائلتي، مما دفعني الى البحث عندخل اضافي لرفع به مستوى معيشتي ، فلدي التزامات . يصعب عليّ دفعها في كلشهر
وعن المشاكل التي تواجه هذه المهنة كما يحدثنا عنها
الكثير من سائقي الاجرة هي السلوك والتعامل السيئ لبعض الركاب ، و النظرة الدونيةلاصحاب هذه المهنة التي لا يقل شرفها عن الاعمال الاخرى ، لان اخلاق الانسان وسلوكههو المعيارّ الاخير في كل عمل وزمان ومكان
يقول ابو حسن وهو سائق اجرة رسمي ، “ انا اعمل في هذه المهنة لاكثر من ثلاثين عام ، وقد تعرضت و أتعرض يوميا الى مواقف كثيرة منها المؤلمة والمحرجة والمضحكةخاصة اننا نتعامل مع طبقات ومستويات مختلفة من الناس ، منهم المثقف والجاهلوالثري والفقير ولكل فرد من هذه النماذج سلوك مختلف نتعامل معه على اساس احترام مصدر الرزق ، مستذكراً احد المواقف التي مر بها ، قائلاً ان احد الركاب عندما اوصلتهالى المكان الذي يريد ، أخرج من جيبه “سكين” وقال لي اذهب ليس لدي مال لاعطيكحينها انطلقت مسرعاً من غير جدال خشية ان يقع ما لا يحمد عقباه
وابدى ابو حسن استغرابه من جشع بعض التجار بملاحقة هذه المهنة ، قائلاً في الاونهالاخيرة بدء بعض اصحاب رؤوس الاموال بشراء عدد كبير من سيارات الاجرة ذات الطرازالبسيط ، وتشغيل عمال في المركبة مقابل اجور يومية لا تزيد عن عشرون الف دينارعراقي ، هذا ويتعهد سائق المركبة بمسؤوليتها بإتفاق مشروط من الطرفين
