تبدأ حملات مكافحة المخدرات بنشر لافتات يُكتب عليها ( كلّا للمخدرات ) ، ثم يتم القبض على متعاطينوتجّار ويحُكم عليهم بالسجن، ولكن بفضل الواسطات والرشا وفلان بظهري، يخرج المتهم من السجن وينفلتمن العدالة، ونبقى في ذات الحلقة ندور لأن المجتمع تحكمه المصالح وليس العدل.
لانستغرب عندما نسمع عن دخول المخدرات من المنافذ الحدودية رغم التصريحات المتكررة بشأن انتشار مفارزالأمن، وإعداد برامج لمكافحتها والحد من انتشارها، لكننا ما نستغربه هو انتشار المواد المخدرة بقلبالصروح التربوية لتصبح في متناول أيدي الطلبة، وهذا الأمر لاينذر بخطر بل يضعنا أمام صورة مؤلمةوحقيقة بشعة توضح عدم جديتنا بوضع الحلول الجذرية ومدى وعينا بحجم هذه المشكلة التي باتت تهدّدحياة الشباب وسلم المجتمع ، وتتناقل الأنباء القبض على تاجر مخدرات واعتقال شبكة تتاجر بالموادالممنوعة تقودها إمرأة لكن الأهم من ذلك ماهي نهاية هذه التصريحات وفيلم تجارة المخدرات ؟
بادرت وزارة الداخلية بإطلاق ورش وندوات لتعريف الشباب بخطر الإدمان كما تشارك بعض منظماتالمجتمع المدني والناشطين بإنقاذ المدمنين من الاستمرار في تعاطي المواد السامّة عبر المحاضرات النفسية،والتوعية الهادفة إلى إنقاذهم من الموت المحتوم ، ورأيت أن دور بعض الشابات والشباب من الناشطين فيمجال مكافحة المخدرات يضاهي دور الجهات التشريعية المسؤولة عن تفعيل قوانين تحمي المواطن من فسادالمتنّفذين وتجارة المنتفعين من بيع هذه السموم بين الأطفال والبنات والشباب لتضييعهم و كسب الأموالالطائلة ، ورغم أن المسؤولين عن ملف المخدرات يبذلون جهوداً في منع تمريرها عن طريق سيطرات التفتيشالحدودية والمطارات والطرق، لكن هذه الجهود ستذهب مع الرياح إذا لم يتم تفعيل قانون صارم يضرب بقوةعلى أيدي المستفيدين من انتشار المخدرات ، ولذا مهما اتخذت الأجهزة الأمنية إجراءات وشدّدت بالتوصياتونشرت أفراد الأمن والمخابرات لن تفلح إذا لم تدعمها السلطة التشريعية بإقرار عقوبة الاعدام بدلاً من السجنبحق كل تاجر ومروّج ومتعاطي لمنع أي مواطن من التجارة بها أو تعاطيها .. جميعنا نأمل واقع أجملونتحدث عن غدٍ أفضل ولكن لن نرى هذا الغد بدون الخوف من قانون حازم يفزع منه الجميع دون استثناء.
