اساور الشمري اكاديمية واستاذة جامعية متخصصة بالكيمياء الحياتية ،مدنية التوجه، وناشطة اجتماعية ، تهتم بشؤون الشباب ، لها عدة بحوث وكتابات ، عضو في حزب واثقون من جيل الشباب التي تطمح بالتغيير ، تؤمن بالديمقراطية كطريق للتغيير، وتراهن على وعي الشارع العراقي تقول ان ” السياسة هم اجتماعي قبل ان تكون مناصب و وجاهة” لها أراؤها الخاصة في شكل المشاركة السياسية فهي تعتبر مشاركة المرأة في الحياة السياسية تعزز الديمقراطية وتعبر بالمجتمع الى مصاف المجتمعات المتحضرة .
التقتها المستقل وسألتها:
مفهوم المدنية ربما يكون ملتبس لدى البعض كيف تعرفين المدنية ؟
المدنية تعني سيادة القانون ، وسيادة الدولة ، وهي تضع الهوية الوطنية اولا واساس في التعامل بين المواطنين ، مع احترام الهويات الفرعية، المدنية تحترم الحقوق والتوجهات شريطة ان لا تتدخل في شؤون الدولة، فهي تحترم الاديان والقوميات ، لكنها في حدودها الخاصة . فالجميع مواطنون امام القانون بغض النظر عن انتمائهم الديني والقومي والمناطقي وغير ذلك . ومجتمعنا هو مجتمع مدني ، يحترم الدين ويقيم شعائره بحرية تامة ، وانا كمرشح عن محافظة النجف وهي مدينة مقدسة ، لكن مجتمعنا ليس دينياً، بل هو مجتمع مدني في تعاملاته البينية مع وجود الخصوصية الدينية .

هل المزاج العام مع الاحزاب الناشئة؟
من خلال مشاركتنا و حركتنا الميدانية ، رأينا ان. هناك قبول جيد وربما وصفه بالواسع للاحزاب الناشئة ، من قبل اكثر فئات المجتمع ، وهذا بحد ذاته عامل مشجع ودافع قوي للاستمرار بالعمل . وددت ان اذكر هنا ، بالرغم من المعوقات التي تضعها الاحزاب المتنفذة وحث البعض على مقاطعة الانتخابات وعدم تحديث بطاقات الناخبين ، إلا ان الاقبال والاصرار على التغيير واضح في. حركة الشارع.

كيف تنظرين لمشاركة المرأة في العمل السياسي؟

واحدة من الركائز الاساسية في بناء مجتمعٍ متعافيٍ هو تمكين المرأة من اخذ دورها الطبيعي، وهو المشاركة في صناعة الحياة ، ولدي قناعة راسخة بان مشاركة المرأة تعزز من الديمقراطية ، كما أؤمن بان لدينا في العراق امكانات كبيرة ولدينا امثلة لنساء وضعن بصماتهن على التاريخ الوطني والعالمي .
قدرات المرأة مهمة لبناء الوطن ، انا كاستاذة جامعية واكاديمية ، ارى نماذج مهمة مندفعة و تريد المشاركة وخلق فرص للنجاح من خلال العمل السياسي وتغيير نمطية التعاطي والتقوقع في الواقع السياسي العراقي.

ماذا لو لم تحصلي على مقعد في الانتخابات المحلية القادمة ؟

ليس مهماً ان احصل على مقعد في الانتخابات. ولكن المهم ان اكون حاضرة كسيدة فاعلة في المجتمع طموحي ام اثبت ان المرأة والرجل كلاهما عنصرين فاعلين في البناء. والتطور .
كما اعتقد وبشكل قاطع ان المشاركة واجب وطني وليس ترف سياسي .
ومن واجب كل النخب ان تلعب دوراً في تغيير الواقع، فالحلم في وطن جميل ومواطن مرفه حلم مشروع ، وهو مهمة النخب المتعلمة والمثقفة بل مهمةًالجميع ويجب العمل عليها.

كيف تجدين مجرى العملية الانتخابية ؟
اعتقد انه سيكون سلس ومنظم ، فمن خلال متابعتي لعمل المفوضية ، لمست ان هناك عمل جاد ومتواصل، وكذلك تأكيد رئيس الوزراء على دقة التنظيم وردم الهوات وتقليص الفجوات .

باعتبارك اكاديمية هل انت مع نظرية التعليم اولاً؟
نعم بالتأكيد بل ، انا من المدافعين عن هذه النظرية بقوة واعتبر الشباب ركيزة أساسية لبناء مجتمع مزدهر ومستدام، فتنمية قدرات وإمكانيات الشباب تمثل استثمارًا حقيقيًا في المستقبل، وتحقيق هذا الهدف يتطلب دورًا فعّالًا للتربية والتعليم. و دور التربية والتعليم في صنع مجتمع حقيقي يتحقق بجوانب كثيرة منها:
ان التعليم هو المفتاح لفتح أبواب الفرص أمام الشباب. من خلال توفير التعليم الجيد والمناسب،
تمكين الشباب من اكتساب المعرفة والمهارات التي تمكنهم من المشاركة الفعّالة في العملية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

يمكن أن يكون التعليم وسيلة لتمكين الشباب للمشاركة السياسية. إذا تعلم الشباب كيفية التفكير بشكل نقدي والتعبير عن آرائهم بوضوح، فإنهم يصبحون أعضاءً نشطين في المجتمع ويسهمون في اتخاذ القرارات الهامة.
في الختام، يجب أن ندرك أن تنمية الشباب ليست مسؤولية فقط للأفراد وأسرهم، بل هي مسؤولية المجتمع بأسره. علينا توجيه جهودنا نحو توفير التعليم عالي الجودة والتربية الفاعلة لضمان أن الشباب يكونون عنصرًا فعالًا في بناء مجتمعنا وصنع مستقبل أفضل.

هناك مقولة متداولة هي اذا اردت ان تبني بلداً فعليك الاهتمام بالتربية اولاً ، ما مدى صحة ذلك ؟
بالتأكيد لا يمكن ان نرسخ القيم وحب الوطن ولا حتى مفردات منظومتنا الاجتماعية إلا من خلال التربية الصحيحة، من هنا يقال التربية والتعليم ، اي التربية اولاً ، اذا تلعب التربية دورًا حيويًا في بناء شخصيات الشباب وتطوير قيمهم، وتعزيز القيم المثلى مثل العدالة والمساواة واحترام الآخرين، مما يساهم في تشكيل جيل منتج ومسؤول في المجتمع.

اخيراً ما هي تطلعاتكم كحزب ” واثقون” للمستقبل
نحن حزب ناشئ ، اغلب اعضائه من الشباب ، ويغلب عليه الطابع المدني ، لدينا اهداف كثيرة منها اننا نطمح بالتغيير ، واستغلال ثرواتنا بشكلٍ علمي ، وتوفير فرص عمل متكافئة للشباب، وان تسود العدالة والقانون في البلاد ، كما اننا نرفض المحاصصة التي انهكت العراق ، ونرفض كل مظاهر الفساد التي نخرت جسد دولتنا .
ونرى ان صناديق الاقتراع والانتخابات النزيهة هي الطريق الوحيد و الفيصل في شكل الحكم.
نأمل ان نحقق ما نصبو اليه.

هويتنا عراقية بحته ، ولدينا امتدادات في اغلب المحافظات العراقية ، وهناك اقبال ملفت لدعمنا والدخول في حزبنا . لدينا عزيمة لمواصلة الطريق ، نعلم بالصعوبة ولكننا مصرون على المضي فيه.
