كان الخوف والتوجس يرافق تشكيل تحالف الانبار الموحد ، خوف بعودة عدم الاستقرار و الاضطرابات فيالمدينة التي شهدت قفزة في الاعمار والاستقرار .
وراحت بعض القوى القديمة التي فقدت مواقعها ومصداقيتها الجماهيرية تتكتل في مجموعة حالمةبالعودة الى السلطة من نافذة مجلس المحافظة .
اطلقت على نفسها ” تحالف الانبار الموحد ” والحقيقة تقول ان التحالف غير موحَّد إلا في الخصومة لجهةواحدة وحزب واحد الذي يتزعمه رئيس البرلمان ” الحلبوسي ” .
تحالف الانبار يضم مجموعة غير متجانسة من السياسيين القدماء ، المتجمِّدون على معادلة لم تعد صالحةلجيل شبابي لفظ الطائفية والشعارات المخادعة .
لم يتمكن هذا التحالف من اقناع بعض اعضائه ، فضلاً عن الشارع الانباري بانه البديل المناسب، سيماوان بين صفوفه مجموعة من الفاسدين والفاشلين ، فقد رفضت مجموعة منضوية تحت هذا التحالفالاستمرار معه ، وقد علمت بالنتيجة مسبقاً .
تحالف الانبار ثمان سريرياً رغم جرعات الحياة التي دست له ، الا ان هناك امراض مستعصية في جسد هذاالتحالف لا يمكن علاجها.
فلا يمكن ان يمسح تاريخ زعاماته السياسية ، كما لايمكن تغيير نظرة الانباريين لهذه الزعامات ، فقد ارتبطاسمائهم بالخراب والدمار والتشريد ، والنازحين والمغيبين.
فكانوا سبباً لمأساة شعب ، لازال البعض منه يسكن المخيمات ، ولا زالت جروحه لم تندمل بعد .
ناهيك عن ان الجيل الذي كان يناصرهم ويدعمهم قد اصبح هرماً ، لا يقوى على مجاراة الشباب الذين لهمتطلعاتهم و ايقوناتهم الخاصة.
لقد تغيرت الانبار. ولم تعد كما كانت ، سنين مضت وافكار تبدلت ، ومعادلة جديدة ولدت .
وعلى زعماء التحالف ان يفهموا ان البيض لن يلاعبنهم وان زمانهم قد ولى ، وان الحياة تتقدم والزعاماتتتبدل ، ودوام الحال من المحال . وبمواعيد الانبار كما كانت
كان الصراع بين من يحكم بغداد والانبار ، وهذا ما ساهم في اقناع القواعد الجماهيرية انذاك بالتظاهرونصب المنصات ، واليوم ذاب الثلج وبان المرج ، فالصراع ليس من اجل الناس بل من اجل المصالحالشخصية ، وقد اتضح ذلك جلياً بالانشقاقات والانسحابات مثلما انسحب المحلاوي ، والتباين في المواقف والاشتباك بالايدي ، كما حصل بين طلال الزوبعي و احد اعضاء تحالف الحسم .
لقد انتقل الصراع من شعارات الحفاظ على حقوق المكون الى الحفاظ على المصالح والامتيازات لزعماء انتهت صلاحيتهم واصبحوا من الماضي .
لامكان لقادة الفوضى في الانبار فقد قال الانباريون كلمتهم ” كش ملك ” انتهت اللعبة و ولى زمن الفوضى
